ORDERS & DELIVERY

On average we will allow for 4-6 business days in production depending on the size of your order.

You should then allow for 1-3 additional days in shipping if you are in a metropolitan area.

Shipping to more rural areas can take longer.

No, our couriers are not able to call prior to delivery, however we are able to provide an estimated date of arrival.

No job is too big or too small. We are just as happy supplying 10km of mesh for a government project as we are supplying a single banner for a small home builder.

Generally, the higher the quantity, the cheaper each item becomes. Chat with us today to find out more!

No. All our quotes are free of charge. We are happy for the opportunity to quote your job!

DESIGN

Our sales staff are all qualified Graphic Designers. We are well equipped to help you with your designs. We only ask for a simple description of the design you would like to achieve, and we are happy to mock it up for you.

Not all file types are the same. When printing in such a large scale, we require very specific file types. The wrong files may cause your logo or imagery to pixelate. But don’t worry, when you submit your files to our sales staff, we will let you know if the files are incorrect and provide some direction.

In short no, although we do try and match the colours the best we can. Here are some points below as to why print and screen colour are different:

  • Screen and print colour are specified differently.
  • Screen colour is made by mixing coloured light, print colour is made by mixing coloured ink.
  • If accurate colour representation is important, make sure you note all the formulas and use them consistently – RGB or Hex for screen and CMYK or PMS for print.
  • Different substrates have different white balance which can create different colour profiles.

We are happy to instruct you on how to setup and send your files. We will always check the files prior to printing to ensure you receive the best result possible. For more information, please view our artwork specification page.

In short, yes we can, but we need the finished size of the QR code to be at least 300mm.

There is no limit to the amount of colours in your design. We use a digital printing process, similar to your printer at home. If you would like to print a rendering or a photograph, we can do that too!

Ideally, we need vector artwork files for company logos. Ideal file formats are PDF, EPS, SVG or Ai.

We are able to provide artwork templates upon request. Please ask one of our friendly staff for some assistance if this is something you require.

Once your job has been completed, we archive your artwork and previous quotes for future reference.

We happily and discreetly supply our products to other companies that on-sell to their clients.
We can arrange for our products to arrive with plain labels and will not appear on our social media.

INSTALLATION

Vinyl is often installed with a Sail Track system. Think of the sail track as an aluminium frame that grips onto the vinyl, that is then screwed onto the timber. We don’t expect all our customers to be able to install in this way, so we are able to offer installation with your quote.

We recommend using a cable tie through each available eyelet.

We are able to supply you with your plastic cable ties if necessary.

Recommended Plastic cable tie dimensions: 320mm x 7.5mm

We can offer installation in all metropolitan areas in Australia.

No. Cable tying banners to fencing does not require much skill, however it can be time consuming. We are also more than happy to offer advice if you require it.

  1. Measure fencing beforehand to ensure the banner purchased is not too tall or too wide for
your fencing. Ideally you want the banner to be a little smaller to have room to be tensioned.
  2. When installing the mesh, start from one side, and unroll the mesh as you tie it to the fence.
  3. Ensure every eyelet has a cable tie. Eyelets are spaced every 500mm.
  4. Angle ties so that the cable tie pulls the mesh slightly forward as well as away from the edge.
This helps keep the banner taught as you unroll the mesh further until you reach the end of the roll.
  1. Do not over tighten the cable ties as this can put too much stress on the eyelet and mesh.

MESH BANNERS

Our 50% Block Out Mesh Banner performs best in windy areas.

It allows for 50% airflow which is the maximum you can expect from a printed mesh product.

We would recommend extra support on your temporary fence to keep the fencing upright.

We insist you secure your banners tight against your fence using every eyelet available.

Our mesh products come standard with a heat welded hem on all edges, and reinforced eyelets every 500mm on all sides of your banner.

Of course! We can print anything you like! We just need to make sure any text is large enough to read on a Mesh product. Don’t worry, our sales staff are well trained and can help identify any issues with the design.

Our PVC coated mesh products have been tested in accordance with AS 1530.2. If you require documentation of this, please ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.

The most commonly used product for this are our Vinyl PVC banners. Unlike our mesh products, Vinyl PVC is not transparent. It provides a very clean surface to print onto and creates some striking visuals.

We have 3 mesh options to choose from:

50% Block Out Mesh Banner

65% Block Out Mesh Banner

80% Block Out Mesh Banner

Our premium 80% Block Out Mesh Banner provides the best surface to print onto while still allowing for 20% airflow. We wouldn’t recommend this product in high wind areas.

In ideal indoor/stored conditions, our mesh products will last for roughly 3-4 years.Things that can affect the lifespan of your mesh include weather conditions, wind load, dust & dirt, and manual handling.

All our inks are UV treated to hold up against the Australian sun. This does not mean it will last forever but it definitely helps for its longevity.

We do not recommend cutting wind slits into the centre of your mesh products. We believe it creates a weak point in the product that can cause more harm than good. Alternatively, we would recommend creating your mesh in smaller lengths. IE: instead of a 50m roll, maybe consider 20x 5m lengths.

Our mesh comes standard in 50m rolls.

Standard roll heights include 1.6m, 1.7m or 1.8m.

We can of course create any other size you like however our 50m rolls are the most cost efficient per square meter.

Believe it or not, dark coloured mesh can appear MORE transparent than lighter coloured mesh. This is due to the way the light reflects off of different colour tones.

Printed mesh and vinyl is not inherently graffiti proof. If solvents are used to remove graffiti from our print-work, you risk removing our inks along with the graffiti on top. There are specialists out there that can apply a clear coating to your banners and then come to remove the graffiti professionally if this were to happen to you.

We do not create odd shaped banners such as circles and triangles.

Your construction site fencing or scaffolding is perfect to incorporate some branding. It’s large scale, eye catching usually off the road grabbing the attention of passers-by. The branding can then be moved from site to site!

PRINTED BOARDS

The largest corflute size we can print onto is 1200mm x 2400mm.
